Attackers do not exploit findings one at a time, they chain them. This paper documents four anonymized, real-world exploit chains uncovered by FireCompass autonomous agents, where individually minor findings combined into stored XSS, remote code execution, and critical data exposure. The severity of a chain is governed by where it ends, not the average of its links.
